Planned employment scheme could create 800 jobs

Plans have been lodged for a 500,000 sq ft employment scheme in West Yorkshire.

Keyland Developments Ltd, the property trading arm of Kelda Group and sister-company to Yorkshire Water, has submitted a planning application to Wakefield Council for the scheme on its 54-acre Wakefield East site.

The proposals are for City Fields Waterside Park Business Hub, and aim to create 800 jobs for the local area.
