Leeds-based Blacks Solicitors has advised Wakefield-based live events campus Production Park on the sale of subsidiary Brilliant Stages to US live technology business TAIT.

Production Park in South Kirby is home to more than 20 live event businesses, two studios and 200 students.

TAIT International Ltd, the UK subsidiary of TAIT Towers, has acquired two subsidiaries, Brilliant Stages Ltd and LS-Live Ltd.
