Castleford's own Revolutions Brewing Company will again curate the unique beer festival in the historic Queens Mill on the 4th & 5th November, in partnership with Castleford Heritage Trust. For one weekend only the iconic venue plays host to great beer, food, Meet The Brewer events and music. At least 30 cask beers from Yorkshire will be on offer, the so-called 'capital' of the craft beer trend. This year all the beers have been brewed using Fawcett's Malt. Fawcett's have been serving the brewing industry worldwide from their Castleford home for over 200 years. There'll also be bottled and canned craft world beers, cider and soft drinks on offer at a Wakefield Beer Exchange bottle bar and an exhibition of great art from the local region curated by WeAre. All of the works exhibited will be available to purchase. A proportion of the proceeds from the festival will go towards ongoing restoration of the mill.

We're looking forward to again serving the cream of Yorkshire brewing in such an exciting historic space. Queens Mill is at the heart of the town of Castleford and we hope this event will excite beer fans whilst promoting the valuable work of the Heritage Trust. We are also very pleased to be showcasing the excellent malt produced in the town by Thomas Fawcett & Sons Ltd. This vital ingredient in brewing has been produced in the town for well over 200 years, something the townsfolk should be proud of.
Revolutions Brewing Company is an multi-award winning microbrewery established since 2010 in Castleford, West Yorkshire, who brew music-inspired beer. Classic songs, albums and artists are referenced in their beer range, with their love of the 45rpm 7" single being symbolized in the 4.5% ABV of a number of their beers.
The Castleford Heritage Trust was established in 2000. The aim of the trust is to improve the local area and knowledge of local heritage in order to improve community esteem, raise the aspirations of local young people and for the general benefit of local people and visitors to Castleford.
