OPEN COMMUINICATIONS WELCOMES TWO NEW RECRUITS
Tue 03 Dec 2019
Open Communications, the straight-talking PR and content marketing agency based in Wakefield, has welcomed Junior PR Account Executive, Fareeha Faheem and PR Administrator, Louise Harris to its growing team.
Following its move to new premises in Wakefield city centre earlier in the year, and thanks to several account wins including Hortor, the strategic resourcing consultants and Opus Trust Communications, the multi-channel communications expert, the appointments come at an exciting time for the business.
Director of Open Communications, Lindsey Davies comments: “This year has certainly been a busy one for Open Comms as we have welcomed new team members, a number of clients and opened the doors to our new offices.
“Fareeha and Louise have both had a great start and we are looking forward to supporting them as they develop their careers in PR.”
Junior PR Account Executive for Open Communications, Fareeha Faheem, comments: “I actually started at Open Comms as an Administrator but was quickly promoted. Knowing that I have the encouragement of the wider team here is great and everyone gets on really well. We’ve been working on pitches and campaign planning which I’ve really enjoyed.”
PR Administrator, Louise Harris, comments: “So much has happened since I joined Open Comms, not least the move to the new offices. It has been a real rollercoaster, but I’ve learnt so much already and really like working across such a diverse mix of clients.”
Already the preferred agency for brands including HARIBO, Wakefield Cultural Consortium, The Coalfields Regeneration Trust, Opus Trust Communications, Hortor and Ring, Open Communications is hoping to share news of further client appointments in the coming months.
