Normanton care home sold for the first time in 36 years.

Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, announced the sale of The Croft, which specialises in residential and dementia care, for 29 residents

The home, on Snydale Road, which has a ‘Good’ CQC rating, has been owned and operated by Croft Care Homes since 1990.

Following a confidential sales process with Jonathan Wickens at Christie & Co, The Croft has been purchased by Logini Croft Limited, part of the Logini Group, which owns five homes across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.

Martin Creegan, former owner of The Croft, said: “After 36 years, we felt it was time to pass on the reigns of ownership.

"We have thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Croft, working with the residents, staff, and local community.”
