Empowering Entrepreneurial Success with the Thrive Programme
Starting a business often begins with a passion, but moving from a concept to a sustainable operation requires more than just a good idea. For many local entrepreneurs, the hurdle isn’t the "what," but the "how"—finding the structure, professional guidance, and confidence to pitch their vision to the world.
The Thrive Programme is designed to bridge that gap. Through expert-led workshops and one-to-one mentorship, the programme provides early-stage founders with the tools they need to define their goals and build a robust roadmap for the future.

The programme culminated in a live pitch session—a daunting prospect for any new business owner. However, by combining the strategic foundations laid by the team with her own professional expertise, Sonya was able to turn nerves into a competitive advantage.
"We all felt apprehensive about doing the live pitch, but in true Mindfit style, I used Mental Fitness tools to prepare. I practised visualisation to see myself confident, carrying out the pitch with certainty and executing every key point I wanted to make. I did this daily in the run-up to the pitch.
I wanted to deliver a great pitch, but didn't expect to win. It was a great feeling to know that using the tools I teach really worked for me! I truly thank Thrive, to Russell, Kate and Caroline who were a joy to work with and get to know, and for believing in me and my ideas."
