Café de Brazil brings new Brazilian dining experience to Wakefield's Estabulo

17 Sep 2026

A new Brazilian-inspired dining concept has launched at Estabulo in Wakefield.

Café de Brazil is a new addition to the Brazilian steakhouse’s food and drink offering, inspired by the flavours of Brazil and the classic Café de Paris-style butter sauce.

The concept was developed after the Estabulo team discovered the dish during a trip to Paris.

They set out to create their own Brazilian interpretation, combining the richness of the French-inspired sauce with bold flavours associated with Brazilian cuisine.

The name Café de Brazil was coined by Estabulo’s co-founder as a playful reference to the Parisian inspiration behind the dish, while reflecting the restaurant group’s Brazilian roots.

Sophie Blackburn, Procurement and Operations Manager at Estabulo, said: “We’re really excited to relaunch our Café de Brazil offering at our Wakefield restaurant.

“The restaurant continues to be an important location for us as we look at new ways to develop and evolve our offering for local guests.

“Café de Brazil gives customers something a little different to enjoy, combining bold Brazilian-inspired flavours with an indulgent dining experience, and we think it’s the perfect option for a relaxed lunch or catch-up with friends and family.”
