Creative Wakefield Network members are invited to join a special Wakefield District Heritage Celebration 2026 at Nostell Priory.

Part of Wakefield Council’s Our Heritage, Our Stories project, the event will bring together heritage organisations, community groups and practitioners from across the district to connect and celebrate the incredible work happening across our communities.

The programme will feature inspiring guest speakers from organisations including the National Lottery Heritage Fund, National Trust, West Yorkshire Archive Service, and community groups from across the district. There will also be opportunities to explore Nostell House and Gardens.
