A deal has been agreed for a new 260,000 sq ft warehouse unit at a development in West Yorkshire.
An unnamed German pharmaceutical company is set to occupy a unit at Wakefield Hub, which is being brought forward by Newmarket Lane Ltd, a joint venture between property developers HBD and Yorkcourt.

A planning application for the latest unit is set to be submitted in the coming months, with Newmarket Lane Ltd aiming to start on site later this year subject to planning permission being granted.
