26 March 2020
The chairman of listed plastic components manufacturer Carclo is to step down from the role with immediate effect.
Mark Rollins will leave his positions as non-executive chairman and as director of the board for personal reasons.

Peter Slabbert, senior independent non-executive director will chair the Carclo's board meetings in the interim period, while a search for Rollins' successor is undertaken.
Antony Collins, group chief executive at Carclo, said: "On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Mark for his service over the last two years.
"Mark has shown strong leadership in a difficult time and made a valuable contribution to the group. We extend him every good wish for the future."
