Two businessmen from Wakefield are leading the export agenda for UK businesses having recently been named as Department for International Trade (DIT) Northern Powerhouse Export Champions for 2019.

Munir Mamujee’s m2r Education are a multi award winning company, specialising in the supply of teaching staff to international schools, technical and further education colleges, English language centres and private companies across the globe. David Greenwood-Haigh is a multi-award-winning Chocolatier whose business leads Chocolate Education, Safaris and Consultancy projects around the world.

Geography and exporting are not the only synergies between the two companies with both businesses operating heavily in the Education sector in the UK. The role of the Export Champions is to promote international trade and help companies who are thinking of exporting to take that next step. Mamujee and Greenwood-Haigh have worked closely with the DIT in the past and will continue to do so to as ambassadors for export throughout 2019.
