Wakefield based TopicUK Magazine celebrates 5th Birthday with expansion.
Mon 21 May 2018
To celebrate the five-year anniversary, TopicUK Magazine, Yorkshire’s premier business to business magazine is expanding to cover the whole of Yorkshire.
Launched in Wakefield by Gill Laidler and Rob Blackwell, the TopicUK story grew quickly, of helping businesses with affordable and sometimes free promotion, whilst returning the majority of profits into its growth.
This resulted in further editions in Kirklees, Calderdale and Leeds, as well as expanding to include Close Up for Business, the official magazine of the Mid Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce.
“Recently we have been asked to expand into Harrogate, York, Bradford and even Scarborough so it makes sense now to combine our editions into one and create one Yorkshire wide edition,” explained group editor Gill Laidler. “Printed magazines are in big demand, where else would a potential customer find your product or service if they don’t know it exists, they’d not be able to find you digitally unless they stumble across you.
We work with our partners not just in print, but we help by supporting their social media campaigns, offer free web space on our site, where we do have a digital version and spread the word about their businesses at the many events we partner, all this, including priority on partner news stories makes TopicUK the most affordable business magazine in the region with a large reach,” continued Gill.
The new edition will be available from July at the usual outlets as well as many new ones in our expanded area. If you would like to stock copies or appear in the magazine, contact Gill on 07711 539047 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
