Poonam Kaur, Managing Director of fds said

“We are immensely proud to have won this award and to be in such esteemed company. Our industry has been challenging since the financial crash with deals taking longer and access to funding becoming increasingly difficult, so to be recognised as the most innovative deal negotiator is a testament to how we have adapted and are continuing to achieve the best possible deals for our clients”.

Acquisition International prides itself on the validity of its awards and winners. The awards are given solely on merit and are awarded to commend those most deserving for their ingenuity and hard work, distinguishing them from their competitors and proving them worthy of recognition.

Discussing the awards, Coordinator Peter Rujgev commented:

“These awards highlight the hard work and dedication of professionals across this dynamic and crucial industry. I would like to express my pride in the success of every one of our deserving winners and wish them the best of fortunes moving forward.”

Jo Haigh, CEO at fds said

“We really are one to watch in corporate finance over the next few years. Our deals have been more complex than ever before, but what we have learnt in that time is that we know how to support businesses and business owners through their increasing challenges, not just the sale of their business. To this end, and with the addition of some key team members not least our new commercial director Gillian Van Laarhoven, we are moving into the business advisory and support space and can’t wait to share our innovativeness, knowledge and expertise for businesses at any stage of their journey.”
