Premier Technical Services Group (PTSG) is delighted to announce that the business will be expanding with two new acquisitions.
The first being UK Dry Risers (UKDR), a specialist in the installation of dry and wet riser systems, acquired for £2.1m, which are used in most high-rise commercial and residential buildings in the UK for fire-suppression systems.
The other being UK Dry Risers Maintenance (UKDRM) which PTSG has also bought for £3.5m, a tester, repairer and maintainer of these systems.
Both businesses will amalgamate with the PTGS provision continuing the existing team Mike Charlton of UKDR and Daniel Hardman and Claire Spencer-Hardman of UKDRM but working together with the PTSG management team in order to acquire more businesses on the niche market.
Paul Teasdale, chief executive of PTSG, said: "We warmly welcome UKDR and UKDRM to the PTSG Group. Both businesses are well established and respected in the UK and their addition to the Group expands our service offering into new niche markets.
"We look forward to working with Mike, Daniel and Claire and their colleagues on growing the business and expanding the Group's activities in these key areas."
