Premier Technical Services Group gets First Class Sales Results

Castleford-headquartered Premier Technical Services has posted a 30% rise in sales in the first figures released since floating on the London Stock Exchange.

The company which is now weighing up a potential acquisition is the provider of specialist fall arrest equipment services and high-level cleaning services.  The latest results show an increased turnover to £18m in the year to up to 31 December 2014, a rise of £4.1m on the previous year.

Chairman John Foley said;

"Although 'buy and build' is an important part of our growth story - we have successfully executed 12 acquisitions since 2007 - it is not at the expense of organic growth. We achieved organic turnover growth of 16% in 2014 if the turnover of 2014 acquisitions is excluded."

"The first three months trading of 2015 have been encouraging and in line with the board's expectations.

"We have a significant pipeline of acquisition opportunities which have been internally identified and we expect to conclude our first acquisition as a public company in the second quarter of 2015. We face the future with confidence."

Premier Technical Services, which is the parent company of PTSG Access and Safety, PTSG Electrical Services, PTSG High Level Cleaning and PTSG Specialist M&E, is listed on AIM.
