Open Communications has extended its team with the appointment of Katie Coxall as PR Account Executive, while the straight-talking agency also announces that it has been chosen as preferred PR supplier by Strata, the leading private home-builder in Yorkshire and the East Midlands.
Following the completion of her master’s degree in Linguistics from The University of Huddersfield, Katie joins the growing team at Open Communications to provide administrative and press office support for a range of clients across a number of sectors.
Building on its current client list, Open Communications also welcomes Strata Homes, and will provide a year-round press office to cover the home-builders, design-led developments. The agency will also introduce strategic corporate communications to reinforce Strata’s position as a leading voice for SMEs in the North.
Director of Open Communications, Emma Lupton comments:
“This year has got off to a great start as we welcome Katie to the team and add Strata to our growing list of clients. As an agency that never works with competing businesses, it means that we have a really diverse mix of clients and Strata is a further example of the vibrant and progressive brands that we are proud to support.”
Chief Executive of Strata, Andrew Weaver comments: “We were pleased to see that Open Comms has many of the same values that we do. They have taken the time to understand our brand and business but fundamentally we know that we can work well together.
“With some exciting plans for 2017 and beyond we work with a number of agencies that we rely on to give us the advice and guidance we need. We know that Open will be a great addition to this team.”
Open Communications provides PR and marketing communications services to a range of clients including BemroseBooth Paragon, the leading ticketing and digital access control specialist; Martin Walsh Architectural, the West Yorkshire based architectural practice; iSource Group, the specialist recruitment provider to the procurement and IT sector and HARIBO, the UK’s leading gums and jellies brand.
