NGC boost communications for mobile beauty specialist

A mobile beauty business that provides a 24/7 personal service to customers around the world has invested in the latest devices and connectivity for its team of beauticians and therapists.
Perfect 10 Mobile Beauty offers luxury treatments and beauty solutions within the customer’s home. Its elite membership division Black Label offers an on-demand service with a personal stylist flying out to meet clients.
While primarily mobile, the agency has salon concessions in London and Birmingham and organises bespoke events and pamper parties. It employs 60 people.
Wakefield-based NGC Networks has provided tablet data devices and 4G data connectivity to Perfect 10 while bringing its bills and telephony management under one roof.
Charlie McCorry, managing director of Perfect 10, said:
“When I launched the business five years ago, it was just me with one phone and one tablet. As we grew and added more people to the business we needed to bring all our contracts under one umbrella.
“NGC has provided an excellent solution. Communication across the business is now much easier for me to manage. We also benefit from notifications when data allowances are exceeded, which helps us to manage bills.
“We are seeing an increase in demand for mobile beauty services and bespoke experiences. The growth of Black Label is likely to see us develop hubs around the world.”
Steve Tipper, head of mobile at NGC Networks, said:
“Perfect 10 has a large team of mobile beauticians so reliable data connectivity is critical to their roles. The new tablets even enable them to sell beauty products directly to customers.”
NGC Networks provides business telecommunications and internet or voice and data connectivity solutions to companies across the UK.
The company’s expanding portfolio of clients includes Bradford-based mail order business Freeman Grattan Holdings, The Family Fund, Timpson, Superbreak Holidays, Manning Stainton, Puma UK, Lowell Group, The Car People and Sharp Business Systems.
