Card Factory Gifted A Record Breaking Year

Wakefield headquartered Card Factory has posted record results, continuing to be a leader in the greeting card industry.
Revenues topped £353.3m a rise of 8.1% up to the end of January 2015. Like for like sales saw a boost of 1.8%. Card Factory now boasts a market value of £1bn after being floated on the London Stock Exchange in May 2014.
With 51 new stores opened in 2014 revenue by 7.5 per cent to £337.8m. The online Getting Personal business grew by 23.1%, revenue totalling £15.5m.
Card Factory chief executive Richard Hayes said:
