BDM Autocentre under new ownership

BDM Autocentre in Wakefield is under new ownership with funding support from NatWest. Located on Leeds Road, the centre offers services for cars and small commercial vehicles.
Mechanic Devinder Sipsal has purchased the business after the brothers that had been running BDM Autocentre decided to retire.
"I've always wanted to run my own business but one thing or another has delayed me actually doing it," said Sipsal.
"It's a huge step for me and the family but it’s something I have always wanted to do. I've done some work for the previous owners over the years so I know BDM quite well.
"It's been in the same family since 1968 and it’s in a great location and there is space for expansion in the future."
NatWest provided funding support with relationship mangers Darrell Furze and Scott Harrison working on the deal.
"It's an exciting time for Devinder with the purchase of BDM Autocentre. Devinder has some great plans for the business and we wish the business every success for the future," said Furze.
