Veterinary practice group Calder Vets has agreed a deal for new premises in one of Yorkshire's largest out of town office leasing transactions of 2017 to date.
Represented by property consultancy Savills, Calder Vets secured Origin Point at Paragon Business Village in Wakefield.
The unit will house state-of-the-art operating and diagnostic facilities as well as office space, also making it the region's largest animal hospital.
A 15-year lease has been agreed for the 18,000 sq ft property, which is owned by Yorkcourt Paragon.
Paul Fairhurst, head of Savills Leeds, said:
"We are very pleased to have supported the ongoing growth of Calder Vets with the acquisition of Origin Point.
"Paragon Business Village ticks all the boxes in terms of location and amenities, making it the ideal choice for our client."
Yorkcourt Paragon Ltd was represented by Knight Frank, Colliers International and Harvey Burns and Co.
