Overview

In this workshop, former Walt Disney World Cast Member, Disney Studies Scholar and Senior Lecturer, Dr Claire Hookham, will introduce the key elements to employee AND customer satisfaction success from the Walt Disney Company throughout their multinational businesses. She will discuss the role of organisational culture, the essential ingredients of recruiting and training the correct staff, and the importance of retaining staff through the creation of a strong organisational culture.

This workshop will be interactive and fun… with a sprinkling of pixie dust as Claire weaves in corporate history stories of the Walt Disney Company and how they are re-told throughout the world by Disney employees.
