Align Property are a property report company based in Pontefract, supplying various searches and reports to Solicitors, Estate & Letting Agents, Private Landlords and members of the general public.

The Administrative Assistant's role will be to offer flexible administrative support to key members of the company's business operations. Their job is to handle all clerical tasks assigned to them to assist each member of the team.

One of the key areas of the business is to produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and following as successful probationary period, training will be provided to assist in qualifying as an accredited energy assessor.

Responsibilities and Duties

Liaising with both customers and suppliers, by telephone, email and in person

Input of orders on to the company’s order book

Providing invoices for completed orders

Bookkeeping using the Quickbooks software

Quality Control of suppliers reports and searches

Schedule appointments

General administration tasks

Provide cover for holidays

Qualifications

GCSE’s in English Language and Mathematics

Preferred Skills

The ability to multi-task

Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Numerate

Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access)

About the training

In addition to receiving training from the employer, you will also work towards the Business Administration Apprenticeship with an approved training provider.
